The Mass is the "Source and Summit" of the life of the Church. Our Sunday celebration of the Eucharist is the center of our worship of God.

Requesting a Mass to be offered for loved ones, living or deceased, is an act of charity.

At Our Lady of Angels, Mass intentions are requested through the Parish Office:

A special envelope is available to fill out with the name for the intention, requested date, and Mass time, and name of the person requesting the intention. Mass cards also are available when scheduling your request.
Though the Mass does not cost money, a freewill offering to the Mass celebrant given by the person requesting that intention may be made. In the Diocese of Dallas, the usual offering is $5.00, though more may be given if one wishes. For those making a freewill offering, cash and checks made payable to Our Lady of Angels are accepted at the time of the request.
If a person is unable to afford the normal offering, he or she may still request a Mass offering.
