Pastoral Associatercrockerourladyofangels.comHello Our Lady of Angels! My name is Rosemary Crocker three years ago, I was new to the OLA family in the role as Adult Faith Formation Coordinator. Before God opened the door to leading me to Ola, I served at Immaculate Conception Church in Corsicana as Director of Evangelization and worked with many of the same ministries that I will be responsible for here. I also had the wonderful opportunity to work in Catholic education teaching at James L. Collins Catholic School in Corsicana for 21 years. During my teaching years, my faith as an individual grew and so did the desire to work within parish ministry.
Some of my responsibilities here at OLA have been: CRHP, Marriage ministry, catechist formation, RCIA support, and small faith groups. I have also scheduled the St. Vincent de Paul collections and will be the parish representative for the yearly diocesan women’s retreat. I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to move into the position of Pastoral Associate for OLA. With this transition I will be overseeing areas in Pastoral Care, Staff supervision and guidance, and guidance of outreach activities. I will continue to serve as a support for many volunteers already leading in great ministries already in place here at OLA.
God has blessed me with the opportunity to walk with many great people in faith journeys, and I love being able to grow in appreciation of where individuals are in these journeys. I look forward to continuing to collaborate with the eager staff and volunteers of OLA to share the Gospel joyfully!
